I would like to take a few minutes to say “hello” and speak a few words about the plans for the upcoming       First and foremost, I want to give a special “thanks” to everyone who has stood by and supported me during the last few years. Recently, many of you have offered not only your assistance to serve on a committee, but also your support to the board and myself. Your support is very much welcomed and appreciated. 

As part of the five-year plan, one item we have addressed was to try to increase our members’ enrollment.  I will be traveling to as many basic schools as possible in an effort to accomplish this.  By attending the first day of each school, either one of the Vice-Presidents or myself, will show to everyone that we are committed in what we believe in. 

With regards to training, we’re hoping to have a member both in the West and in the East to co-chair all training.  Hopefully, this will also increase the training programs offered by the NCIAAI.  When these two members are added to the web site, I encourage each of you to contact them if you are available to teach in one of these areas.    Lets all get involved so that each of us can enjoy the benefits that these training programs can offer.

The Board of Directors is currently seeking a grant that is very much needed.  The funds will be used for the purchase of a trailer and also for some of the equipment that we currently have to obtain from other sources.  Whenever we are offering any type of training program, this trailer may be used to transport the equipment needed.

To each member of the NCIAAI, I challenge each of you to become more involved in any area of this chapter that you choose.  In closing, I thank each of you for your ongoing support as we work together to achieve our goals.
